30-day money-back guarantee

LexReply offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How refunds are processed

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds are therefore issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.

How to request a refund

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout to find your order and request a refund; or
• Email us at LexReply@gmail.com with your order email and receipt number, and we will arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing portal or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Custom and bespoke legal support work

Where we have already delivered bespoke work product (for example a completed research memo, drafted motion or contract) at your request, we may offer a partial refund reflecting the work delivered. We will always discuss this with you first, and the 30-day guarantee still applies to subscription fees.
